I've been around small business my whole life. My dad ran multiple companies, so I grew up seeing what it really takes to back yourself, manage risk and push through when things get tight.

My family builds trailers, and I'm still involved in that business today. I see the everyday pressure around cashflow, equipment and growth up close.

Before broking I spent many years in automotive sales, and I've now been in finance and broking for more than four years. Whether it's a ute, a truck, a trailer or a machine, I structure finance that works in the real world, not just on paper.

I keep it simple: a straight conversation about where you're at and how to get you where you want to be. Outside work I'm into cars, Formula 1, cricket, NRL, travel and staying fit.
